Villa OLIVA ( for 8 + 2 persons ) 271 m²: Luxury and modern villa with pool 4 star is located at the foot of a mountain slope in the Great hill near the nature park on the mountain side of Makarska. There you are in a beautiful, peaceful and natural surroundings with pine forests and olive groves. The well-equipped, spacious and functional villa is ideal for a wonderful family vacation. On the terrace is a lovely pool while you enjoy swimming you have a fantastic, overlooking the town of Makarska, sea and several Dalmatian islands. The villa consists of two floors and a garden of 500 m2, with 4 double bedrooms + living room + hall + kitchen + 4 bathroom / wc. + 4 balconies with sea view + terrace with swimming pool. Villa has a private swimming pool 33 m2 depth of 1.5 m. From the balcony, swimming pool and terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea and islands of Brac and Hvar, on the other hand is the view of the mountain slope. ADDITIONAL COSTS: There is no additional cost.
PAYMENT TERMS: To ensure the reservation is required to pay a deposit of 30% of the total reservation. The costs of the bank sender and the recipient's bank shall be borne by the sender in its entirety.
DEPOSIT: The guest is required upon arrival at the owner of the apartments to deposit € 500 which will be returned if no damage to the accommodation unit.
CHECK IN: Guest can enter the accommodation unit after 14:00 hours/pm, CHECK OUT: Guest must leave the accommodation by 10:00 hours/am.
