The house consists of two floors and two separate apartments of 120 and 65 m², offers 3 double bedrooms + 2 living rooms + hall + 2 kitchen + 2 bathroom / wc + 2 balconies + terrace with a swimming pool.
Villa has a private swimming pool 8 x 4 m, depth 1.5 m. From the balcony, swimming pool and terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea and islands of Brac and Hvar, on the other hand is the view of the mountain slope.

ADDITIONAL COSTS: There is no additional cost.
PAYMENT TERMS: To ensure the reservation is required to pay a deposit of 30% of the total reservation. The costs of the bank sender and the recipient's bank shall be borne by the sender in its entirety.
DEPOSIT: The guest is required upon arrival at the owner of the apartments to deposit € 400 which will be returned if no damage to the accommodation unit.
CHECK IN: Guest can enter the accommodation unit after 14:00 hours/pm, CHECK OUT: Guest must leave the accommodation by 10:00 hours/am.
